The Journey Begins

Once upon a time, Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella decided to go for a walk. This was no ordinary walk like through the woods to Grandma' s house or down the castle stairway, but a 500 mile trek across the northern part of Spain called el Camino de Santiago. They decided to leave behind the ordinary life of school, work and everyday stress to enter the world of medieval villages, wooded trails, majestic mountains and spiritual enlightenment, in search of a magnificent cathedral in the magical kingdom of Galicia at the end of the trail. So, Little Red Riding Hood donned her red Buff (the cape was green and reserved for rainy days) and Cinderella traded her glass slippers for a pair of hiking boots, and the journey began.
